Deposit & Payment·50% deposit required up front, paid after booking is approved and when Rental Agreement is signed. Full payment due 30 days before Check-In Date.
Cancellation policy
- 100% of the deposit will be refunded if canceled 60 days prior to Check-In Date.
- 50% of deposit will be refunded if canceled 30 days prior to the Check-In Date.
- No refund will be issued if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the Check-In Date.
